The one and only way to get more referrals is by using a website! If you can't make one than you can start to learn how to make a website, it's very very easy... piece of cake! Just click "Make a website" link at panel on the leftside. In case you have no time to learn then you can use your own mailing list (you must be the moderator) and put your linkcode on your signature but remember DO NOT SPAM or you will be banned from the program and all your earning will be forfeited! You can use signature and/or autoresponder that shown your website address on it, get involved in discussion forums or buletin boards, use free classified ads to name a few. But still the best way is by using a website!

If all those can't be done too... hmmm... indeed, you need someone to make a website for you with a very cheap price, I mean very very cheap! I just found a site for that and had contacted the owner and untill now she hasn't responded maybe busy or something. If everything run smoothly then I will put a link to that site.
